All good - I really enjoyed my stay - food was outstanding and my bed was comfy. Warm room, fairly clean bathroom with a bath. The staff were brilliant every time I needed help. The service was very good during all my very relaxing stay.

everything was great, but we stayed for 1 night only. the hotel was recently refurbished and modest with unbeatable location not far from train station and the centre and local shops. service in the venue was good too. reception was quiet.

We enjoyed reception, it was warm. The downstairs bar was excellent and the staff were cool. Had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was free.

In general, the hotel was very clean. An ironing set, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a study table were available in our standard twin room. There was The Crofter, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Staff were loyal and breakfast was GREAT. Dine at The Crofter, which is located within 400 metres from the hotel. Will be returning here soon, if in Fort William.
